Are you a SMARTLoad retailer and suddenly you ran out of Load Wallet? You desperately needed to purchase one for you to load Smart subscribers but somehow you can’t. What will you do? SMARTLoan is a service that will instantly lend E-load to any Smart Buddy Load retailer. They can access the service from their SMART Menu. The service requires the “Borrower” to return the funds within 2 days. Users can only have 1 active loan at any given time. Sales made by the retailers are credited to their respective dealers.

Retailers who are able to meet all three minimum requirements and pass the pre-screening process are eligible to use SmartLoan service:
1. SMARTLoad retailers who have personalized SMART Money Accounts.
2. At least one year in good credit standing with SMART Communications.
3. Buys SmartLoad at least 3 times a week with an average of P800.00 per transaction.

Above was the email of one of Smart’s customer service representative regarding my inquiry about SMARTLoan. I do happen to have one in my Smart Menu but never tried it or tested it since I don’t use my personal sim as a SmartLoad phone anymore.
