I received a text message confirmation of my 30 peso load from Smart last October 16, 2006. Along with the text was the information about Smart’s yet another trial service.

Thanks for loading. Napili ka mag-register sa SMART ALL TALK. P20 lang, may 3 calls (3 minutes each) na for 1 day. Just text TALK 20 to 258.

This new service is the new low budget call plan implemented by Smart as of today. Unfortunately, since Smart’s new services comes with a trial period, Smart All Talk will last until November 15 of this year. That means in a span of 1 month. Then what? After November 15, another extension again? Why couldn’t they made some of their services permanent?
